Return & Exchange
We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not fully satistied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item or return the item. Please contact us witnin 15 days of receiving your jewelry to arrange the exchange or return. Return items will be refunded using the same method of payment used to purchase originally. All sale items, custom made or special order items may not be returned. We will promptly arrange the exchange or refund on receipt of the item under the terms and conditions listed below.
Shipping fees will not be refundable.
1. Jewelry must be in the original and unworn condition. Items altered in any way will not be accepted.
2. Jewelry must be returned with the original packaging.
3. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We recommend insuring your returns.
Please note that if your jewelry becomes damaged from normal wear or during shipment by us, we will repair it for free of charge. Please contact us within 30 days. After the 30 days, we will repair the items for a reasonable rate and shipping fees.
