Shipping
We use the United States Postal Service and Fedex. In most cases you should receive your jewelry in 2 to 5 business days within the United States borders. Shipping internationally will take longer and cost more. We will ship your items within 48 hours of receiving your payment unless otherwise stated.
If you need to expedite an item, we can have it Next Day Air to you through Fedex for additional fee.
When you receive our jewelry, you will notice my personal metal tag (TJD by Iris) on all of my necklaces & bracelets. You will also see a label on each piece that will tell you the name of the piece & what it is made of. We also send our jewelry "gift ready". This means that you will receive your jewelry in a black jewelry pouch along with a gift bag and/or jewelry box to put it in. Larger items, like our tiaras, will come in a black jewelry pouch.
